Professional Education and Research Interest

I have multiple experiences in healthcare, leadership, management, and education. I am interested in further exploration of healthcare systems and care, utilizing qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research to understand the internal and external factors that influence the delivery health care, with a focus on examining the mechanisms by which leaders influence health care outcomes through leadership practices, change management, safety science, human factors, and systems theory.
